Report Issue

When you see something odd about the machine or you would like to report an issue, please register this via the megaphone button. This icon can be seen in the app as shown below in the yellow square. When you click on it, you can also register a photo of the observed problem and upload it into the logbook. When there is a serious problem, you can always call the service line. However, do also click on the megaphone button, so we can register the point of time of the issue.
